Above Sports is a custom clothing manufacturer providing customized apparel, private labeling, and related services to clients worldwide. All products are made according to client-provided designs, specifications, and requirements.

Orders & Customization

All orders are custom-made based on customer requirements
Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible
Clients are responsible for providing accurate designs, sizes, and specifications
Above Sports is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client

Pricing & Payments

Prices are agreed upon before order confirmation
60% advance payment is required to start production
Remaining 40% payment must be completed before shipment
Production will not begin without advance payment

We accept payments via:

Remitly
Western Union
MoneyGram
Wise Transfer (USA Account)
PayPal (10% transaction fee applies)

Production & Quality Control

Production timelines depend on order quantity and customization
We follow strict quality control procedures
Product images and videos are shared with clients before shipping for approval

Minor variations in color, fabric, or measurements may occur due to the custom manufacturing process.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays
Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the buyer’s responsibility

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted
Refunds are only considered in cases of manufacturing defects confirmed by our team
Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos)

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Above Sports and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Above Sports shall not be liable for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Losses due to incorrect customer-provided information
Indirect or consequential damages
